As your microfilm degrades over time, and your viewing machine repeatedly breaks down, the safest and most efficient way to preserve and use that data is to scan it to digital format. Once digitised to PDF or JPG for example, your information is easily retrieved at a push of a button from the comfort of your desk, and it can be stored very safely with password-protected encryption. We have the capability to scan extremely large quantities of microfiches, microfilm reels, and aperture cards to digital format in a short period of time.
We can offer a Virtual Library system for customers with large microfilm archives and only a limited budget to invest in their digitisation. Contact us for more information on how we can realistically save you 25% to 50% on the usual cost of digitising your microfilm.
